Welcome to the Referral Masters Social Club, where business and community meet with a handshake, a smile, and maybe even a “you betcha!”

We’re a group of growth-minded business owners from the northern suburbs of the Twin Cities who believe in the power of referrals, relationships, and a good cup of coffee (or hotdish if you’re lucky). Our members represent a wide mix of industries, from finance to fitness, plumbing to pastries, so no matter what you need, there’s probably a “friend of a friend” here who can help.

We meet once a month in person and the rest of the time virtually to keep our members highly engaged, connected, and supported. This hybrid approach means we run a very active and healthy group where referrals flow freely, and one-on-one meetings help us get to know each other beyond just business.

This isn’t your stuffy networking group. We keep things lively, valuable, and Minnesotan, sharing laughs, swapping leads, and cheering each other on as we grow our businesses together. Around here, it’s not just about who you know, it’s about who you get to know (and yes, we think networking should be fun).
